Steps to recover deleted messages on Instagram using Instagram data

If you don’t know how to get deleted Instagram messages back using Instagram data then follow these steps:-
1. Log in to Instagram: Open the application or the site and enter the account.
2. Go to Settings: Navigate to Settings > Privacy and Security > Data Download.
3. Request Data: Click Request Download, enter your email, choose format, and confirm.
4. Download the Data: Download link from Instagram should be present in your email inbox.
5. Extract File: Download and unzip the file to your device.
6. Locate Deleted Messages: Opening “messages.json” file within a text editor will show you collected messages.
